Herbicide Management Plan

GGM has the responsibility of maintaining the environment whilst using chemical herbicides for maintenance of grounds and gardens. All staff hold formal qualifications in the management and use of herbicides and insecticides. Every aspect of our client's facilities is cared for in detail.In addition to performing Scope of work to our maintenance contracts, we are alert to potential maintenance problems before they impact the site.We are the first to advise our clients of potential future risk and cost by providing monthly site job sheets and reporting which include before and after photo's and advice on future potential issues.GGM are tree maintenance experts - from the roots to the canopy.Our qualified tree specialists provide cost effective solutions to help preserve trees health and beauty, we have specialised equipment, proven work practices and highly trained Arborists to guarantee the best management of your tree assets.

Proposed Service Delivery Methodology 

GGM proposes the following services and frequenciesA contingent of 3 Full Time Equivalent staff for each site engagement which can be increased as seasonal requirements dictate
Grounds Maintenance shall be provided to external areas on a regular basis. GGM will perform all inspections and maintenance services in a professional manner and provide reports at the required frequencies.  
 GGM will perform regular maintenance to ensure that all turf areas and gardens are well presented, the plants are maintained in a healthy state and that all grass areas, shrubs and hedges are neatly trimmed.   
 Service Frequencies All work shall be carried out between Monday and Friday by competent landscapers or tradesmen that are experienced in garden and grounds maintenance.  Weekend services can be arranged by consultation.
 The Grounds Maintenance Services will be performed 26 weeks per annum. The primary service involves mowing of turf areas and cleaning of hardstand areas. 
All Grounds Maintenance tasks will be undertaken as scheduled without interruption unless a forced delay occurs as a result of unsatisfactory weather conditions. 

Grounds Maintenance Program Prior to the commencement of the Grounds Maintenance, GGM will submit a program to the client containing an indicative schedule of tasks to be performed for all maintenance visits. The program must take into consideration the duration between each maintenance visit and service area allowing for seasonal differences.
